Alright, I have to say this. There is NOT enough awareness for Diabetes!!!
I went to a local fall festival with tons of tents dedicated to spreading awareness for certain groups, and I saw nothing for Diabetes. I would love to see more companies spreading awareness for Diabetes, can I get a grey ribbon during the month of November?? PLEASE!? lol - Don't think I'm grumpy.....but Diabetes does not just affect certain age groups. Does my 2 year old deserve to get poked with a needle all day? NO. So come on all you BIG NAME companies with PINK everything....let's try to get together and help spread awareness, and knowledge and hopefully find a cure for Diabetes. I am not saying that Breast Cancer Awareness is not important because it is...FOR SURE! I just would like to see a grey ribbon on SOMETHING! :)
